Lily is a 22 year old musical theatre artist, graduating this spring with her BFA in Musical Theatre from Emerson College. Though she was born in Valparaiso, IN, she grew up in a tiny town called Haddam, CT. This meant she was only a couple hours away from NYC, and her love affair with Broadway was able to be well nurtured.

Lily was always a “special” child, even from her first breath. As the story goes, the moment her mom pushed her into the world, the power went out in the whole hospital… then the generator kicked on, the lights came up, and the show began!

At age 9, she was in her first musical, as a munchkin in the Wizard of Oz. From that moment on, when she was asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, her response was always a very matter of fact:“I’m gonna be on Broadway”. She is very fortunate to have parents who have never stopped supporting this dream.

With a bit more wisdom and training under her belt, Lily’s Broadway Dream has since expanded to include doing theatre in all capacities. She hopes to work regionally, travel, and experience theatre in new cities. Her ultimate dream is to be apart of work, old and new, that pushes boundaries, and makes its audiences think and feel.

When not busy being a theatre kid, you will often find Lily cooking incredible food, going to hot yoga, crocheting, sleeping (she has narcolepsy), or cuddling with her cats.
